Founder of Dacapo Institute of Aesthetic Studies

Established and registered in the year 2000 under the name Institute of Computer and Music, our institute was rebranded in 2012 as the Dacapo Institute of Aesthetic Studies to better reflect our evolving mission and artistic vision.

Our core focus is on providing high-quality training in Western music, preparing students for both international and local music examinations.

In addition to exam preparation, we actively train and guide students for music festivals and competitive performances.

Since 2007, we have proudly hosted our annual concert, Keyband, an event designed to showcase the talent and growth of our students. However, due to the global pandemic, we were unable to hold this event in 2022 and 2023.

A significant milestone in our journey was achieved in 2012, when our students made history by setting a Guinness World Record for the Largest Electronic Keyboard Performance. A total of 160 students participated in this incredible event, and all performers were awarded official certificates from Guinness World Records.

At Dacapo, we remain committed to nurturing musical excellence, discipline, and creativity in every student who walks through our doors.
